Harry Potter VII, part ii

I finished the book around 2, and then proceeded to take a really long nap to recover from it. Since I know a lot of people are still reading, I'm not going to say much, other than that I loved it, just like I loved the entire series, and having no more books feels like I've lost a friend. I always feel the same way when I finish re-reading my favorite books, but there are many, many wonderful books out there, and it's time to go find another one.

On Friday night I went to jazz in the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden with my new roommate and some of her friends. It was a beautiful night, there was ample sangria flowing, and it's something that I had been wanting to attend for awhile. I'm glad that I finally went, especially since there's more time in the summer to go back — and next time I want to sit by my favorite sculpture in the garden, Alexander Calder's "Cheval Rouge."
