Obama Confections

On Friday you can read my roundup of all the restaurant specials going on Inauguration weekend, but for now, check out these Obama chocolates at Artisan Confections.

The flavor inspiration comes from Obama's background — hence the Pineapple-Passion Fruit and Kenyan Coffee-Hazelnut chocolates decorated with the words "HOPE" and "CHANGE" spelled out in many languages in red, white and blue.

Artisan Confections also notes that they will be selling Fleur de Sel Caramels, which are apparently Obama's favorite. Here's to having someone with taste in the White House.
