All eyes are on Washington this week, and the dining scene is no exception. The New York Times has two articles today about D.C.'s restaurants — one on the growth of restaurants in formerly less desirable areas of the city, and the other on whether Obama can lend some glitter to local restaurants, simply by dining out.
