I'd be going to this lecture at the National Gallery on Sunday afternoon if I weren't already going to this, one of the super popular Ballet 360 events at the Kennedy Center in which critics explain major works. This week's, which is already sold out, is on Swan Lake.
But at the National Gallery, Jonathan Lopez will be speaking on The Man Who Made Vermeers: Han van Meegeren's Life in Forgery at 2 p.m. in the East Building Concourse, Auditorium. How interesting does that sound?
