Good news: Hello Cupcake! will be opening on August 25 in Dupont Circle.
I woke up with a craving for Georgetown Cupcake this morning, so hopefully I can hold off a week before storming Hello Cupcake!
Their menu looks pretty amazing, and there will be cupcake decorating classes, which I think sound really fun.
