Hemphill Fine Arts opens three new shows this Saturday with a reception from 6:30-8:30 p.m. One of the artists is my pal William Christenberry, who is showing works taken with a Kodak Brownie Holiday camera. The first exhibition of vintage work by Christenberry, the tiny photos were originally taken as inspiration for paintings.
Also on display are Robin Rose: Distortion, Delay & Sustain and Donald Baechler: Flower Studies.
