I'm writing this on my calendar right now: New York Times restaurant critic Frank Bruni will converse with Maureen Dowd at Politics and Prose on September 29 at 7 p.m. Bruni's new memoir Born Round, details his relationship with food and his eating disorders. I haven't read it yet, but by all accounts, it's a really good read.
