Farmer's Markets Open This Weekend
To my great happiness (I have an extremely difficult time getting myself out the door to make it to the Dupont Market), the two farmer's markets closest to me open on Saturday. The market at 14th and U opens at 9 a.m. and runs till 1 p.m. To look forward to — Stefano Frigiero of The Copper Pot Food Company, will have a stand with pastas, sauces and jams.

I'm psyched that they're both open again - can't wait until later in the season when more starts to come in.
Me too! I got some great things at 14th and U, including asparagus, arugula and prosciutto and parmesan tortellini from Copper Pot. Next week I might check out Mt. P's.
