On Friday, Galleries 1054, (the galleries at 1054 31 St., NW), are hosting an opening with work by local and national artists. Look for photographs, ceramics, and Angela Schwab's beautiful Snap Cups, above, which is on the event invite, and has been decorating my desk for a week. The opening is from 6-8 p.m. and there will be hors d'oeuvres from Sea Catch Restaurant.
