Gillian Clark Q & A

I didn't write this, but the Blade talked to D.C. chef Gillian Clark for the weekly Queery column. Some of Clark's answers are great, and this column makes me want to go out and try General Store, Clark's new restaurant in Silver Spring, very soon. Has anyone been yet?
