If you aren't going to see James Turrell speak at 7 p.m. tonight at the Hirshhorn, or are of a more literary slant, head to Politics and Prose at 7 p.m. to see John Cheever biographer Blake Bailey read from the just-published, much-lauded work.
The book is over 700 pages, and what I read in preparation for my sit-down earlier this week with Bailey was riveting.
