Hello Cupcake offers Sweet Tart for your Sweetheart, a pink lemonade cake topped with sweet lemon cream cheese frosting and studded with red, pink and white hearts.
MallowDrama, which is located in Reston, has four different Valentine's Day designs, which are available in red velvet and spicy chocolate topped with cinnamon ganache (my favorite of the two).
