It's times like this you should all breathe a sigh of relief that I don't have a puppy. Tickets are now available for the Sugar and Champagne Affair, which is the fundraiser for the Washington Humane Society hosted by Todd and Ellen Gray at the Ritz Carlton. Guests can sample desserts and drink champagne, while accompanied by their dogs. And the list of participating pastry chefs is pretty sweet as well.
