Linda Hesh's FOR and AGAINST Bench Project

I go to many art openings, but rarely am I in the show.

Linda Hesh's FOR and AGAINST Bench Project opens tonight with a reception from 7-10 p.m. Hesh took pictures of people all over the city sitting on either a "for" or an "against" bench. I went to the sitting at the Washington Project for the Arts, and picked up two cupcakes from Hello Cupcake on the way.

The show runs at the Hamiltonian Gallery, 1353 U St., NW through January 26. The gallery is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12-6 p.m.

From now on, you can officially be considered a work of art.
