Apparently, RedRocks now serves brunch, which will consist of Belgian waffles, omelettes, and pizzas. The potato and egg pizza, with roasted potatoes, fried egg, truffle oil and herbs, sounds fantastic.
I've also heard good things about the brunch at The Heights, which, despite being located 2 blocks from my house, I haven't been to yet.
But brunch would be perfect before free opera on the mall on Sunday, unless the weekend of Georgetown parties gets too out of hand.
