Still mulling where to make dinner reservations? Art and Soul is offering a three-course tasting menu for two that is designed to be shared for $130 or $65 per person. The menu, which is available February 12 through February 14, consists of an amuse-bouche of "his and hers" hoecakes, "surf and turf" of rib eye steak and lobster for the entree, and a surprise dessert to share.
