The Inauguration specials are spamming my inbox, but for literal spam, head to Oya, where you can try wines from Illinois — and Spam sushi.
Starting January 5 and lasting through the Inauguration, pop in for wines like Lynfred Winery Seyval Blanc 2007 and Galena Cellars ‘Eric the Red' Marechal Foch 2006.
Then there's Spam sushi, described as "a Hawaiian delicacy of sliced Spam over rice, wrapped in seaweed."
Now I've only encountered Spam in aging tins on grocery store shelves, so maybe I'm missing out?
