In the past year my weekend trips have consisted of Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, and Halifax. Oh, and that weekend of debauchery spent in the Caribbean last winter. But what I'm getting at is that I never seem to take weekend trips around here. And while I've long wanted to go spend a weekend at wineries in Virginia, it looks like Frederick, Maryland also needs to be added to the list. If only because I keep hearing wonderful things about Volt.
I'll be out of town from Tuesday night through Sunday night, when I will be in Massachusetts for the holiday.
