A new Dolcezza outpost opens in Bethesda on Thursday with free gelato from 6-11 p.m. As an Italo-phile I want to go (though I think the Candice Breitz talk at the Hirshhorn gets Thursday night's priority), and I support anyone who wants to "create mass gelato pandemonium."
