This popular reality cooking contest is nearing the end of its fourth season, and José, along with judges Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Ted Allen, will evaluate the culinary talents of Antonia, Dale, Lisa, Richard, Spike and Stephanie on Wednesday’s episode featuring the popular “Restaurant Wars” challenge. Split into two teams the chefs struggle to survive the breakfast rush at a greasy spoon. The series’ winning chef will receive the coveted prizes of $100,000 towards opening a restaurant, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, a showcase at the Annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and the title of "Top Chef." The episode will air at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
